How do I set up auto deposit for e-tranfer?
Log in to your online banking, select Interac e-Transfers, find Autodeposit and follow the instructions! (Select, email for receiving and who the recipients are)
How do I open an account?
First, you become a Member! Remember, our customers are also our owners! Make an appointment, bring two pieces of identification, one with a photo, be prepared to answer some questions and have your credit rating checked. Visit the 'Join' page for details .

Where can I find my 12 digit account number?
Your 12 digit number can be found on your monthly statement or e-statement in the top left corner. It can also be located in the mobile app or online banking under account details. Member service representatives can also provide it for you.
When is Popcorn Day?
Friday afternoon around 3, pandemic dependant. Currently there is no popcorn Friday.
How can I reinvest my registered products and/or terms?
Contact our Account Services Department or Wealth Management team, they will get things sorted out for you.
How can I open a Collabria Mastercard account?
Go directly to our Mastercard partner's website! RevCU Collabria Mastercard .
My debit card is not working, what are ATM/POS limits, and may I temporarily increase my limits?
Please contact us at 250-837-6291 if your card is not working. ATM limits can be set by you but are generally $500, POS limits are $2500 and can be increased temporarily by contacting us directly with proper verification.
