Community Giving
We set aside a portion of profits each year, so we can contribute to events, initiatives and community projects that make Revelstoke an even better place to live. Last year, we sponsored more than 36 special programs in the community highlighted by funding Mount Cartier Court's installation of a patio shading system so residents can continue to enjoy the great outdoors.
No idea is too big or small when it comes to making our community even more vibrant.
Financial Literacy
The sooner you learn to understand and manage money, the easier it is to build this necessity into your life. We want to make sure Revelstoke’s citizens start out with a strong foundation in financial literacy they can use to achieve their dreams and goals.

Bursaries
Each year, we support high school students heading into post-secondary education with three bursary and grant opportunities. These funds can be used for tuition, textbooks, accommodations and anything else these students need to reach their future goals without financial stress.

Expand your cooperative leadership and team building skills in the spirit of community, friendship and fun! Are you a Revelstoke Secondary School Student between the ages of 14 and 16? RCU will provide a full sponsorship of this Summer camp experience at Yes Camp held in July and August. Older campers and returning Yes alumni can receive partial sponsorship. Application for sponsorship opens in May. Contact us for your application.
