From humble beginnings to meaningful difference.

This is our story.  Revelstoke Credit Union has been one of British Columbia’s trusted financial partners since its inception on September 18, 1953.  Revelstoke and District Credit Union started in the kitchen of Erma Todd's home at 206 Sixth Street East here in Revelstoke and since that day in 1953, RevCU has grown from the initial $35.00 in assets to over $200 million.  The cooperative business model remains popular here and the business has flourished.  RevCU has opened Insurance and Wealth Management offices and serve over 5,000 Members in Revelstoke and the surrounding area.

The one constant has always been our commitment to superior customer service and excellent financial advice for our Members.  At Revelstoke Credit Union, we believe in integrity, knowledge, trust, loyalty, and fairness. These five words are the blueprint which directs us in helping Members achieve financial well-being.  We’ve come a long way and pride ourselves on providing innovative products and services to make our Member’s lives easier.  As a financial cooperative, values drive us forward, while the people we employ and the people we serve are the heartbeat that keep us moving.
